What is Executive Function?

Executive Functions (EF) are a set of cognitive skills we use to plan, initiate, and carry out specific goals. When these EF skills become goal-oriented behaviors, we are able to learn, work, and manage daily life.

Benefits of Executive Function Improvement

  • Brain Wiring

  • Frustration Management

  • Social Competence

  • Academic & Work Performance

Maximize Your Potential with Personalized Coaching

All coaching appointments with Dr. Abbie are virtual, so you can meet with her from the comfort of your own space. Before your first session, we'll ask you to fill out a short form with some background info, so that Dr. Abbie can get to know you better and better help you reach your goals - whether that's in your personal life or your career.

Now, we know that Dr. Abbie is a psychologist, but it's important to note that coaching is different from therapy or mental health care. Instead, coaching is all about achieving specific goals or outcomes, like improving your performance at work, becoming a better leader, or crushing it in your academic or professional pursuits.
